I can't walk without needing to pee badly!
I've been back on my treadmill game since I'm preparing for my babymoon and I'm panicked. I'm 29 weeks and while I understand my bladder is being squished, I'm having the most difficult time just doing 10 minutes on the treadmill without having to stop and go pee. Problem is, I already went before my workout, it's not like there's any pee in there but I think baby is bouncing and putting pressure on my bladder, tricking my brain that I gotta go go go. I don't feel like this when I go out, just the treadmill, where I'm walking with conviction. But when I'm on vacation and city walking, am I going to be needing to pee every 10 minutes?? I'm so anxious about this now, I can only imagine what 9 months is going to feel like. 😭 Should I buy a belly band or something? Does anyone have any advice for dealing with this?
