What wasn’t on your registry that you ended up loving?

I know we want our loved ones to stick to the registry but sometimes a well meaning relative or friend will gift you an item you didn’t register for and said “TRUST ME” and they were right. What was that item for you? Either for pregnancy, the baby, or postpartum care what were you gifted that you ended up using and loving.
