US/CA air quality concerns? Early pregnancy

I’m in the upper Midwest and have been scared to go outside due to all the warnings I’m seeing about air quality. I was wondering if anyone had received specific advice from their doctors on the risk of wildfire smoke exposure to their pregnancies? I’m still early (5ish weeks) and am not in an otherwise sensitive group, but I’m still nervous.
