UGH inflation is killing me

Four of my bills have almost doubled in the last 6 months.

Car insurance- up $70
Electric-Up $50
Water & Trash-Up $70*** (I actually checked the bill and did all the math and its not as bad as I thought)
Food- Up $200

This doesn't seem significant but it basically puts me to the point where I can barely put anything in savings and I'm living hand to mouth. Not to mention my job hasn't given out any raises in the last 3 years.
