Advice please!

Hi all, firstly for context, I struggle with my hands with regards to dexterity as I have a problem with my ulnar nerves, therefore suffer with hand cramps and not be able to sculpt really tiny objects.

So, I'm making a dragon and have come to an abrupt stop as I need to make the teeth, not sure why they either look squished or not pointy enough, for the above reasons.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Keeping in mind my limitations? I do know about making them and baking them and then putting them in. I've looked around for tiny teeth already made but no joy.
