Can anyone friend me so I can access raids with several people?

I live in an area with very few people that play pokemon and there’s never any raids with many people, so if there’s a raid that’s over 30k CP i’m doomed. Anyone live in an area and does raids often that wouldn’t mind if I join along (via remote raid passes)?
