Crystal ROM that allows for trade evolutions?

Does anyone know of a crystal ROM for either PC or phone that lets you customize your team? I have the itch to do a crystal playthrough but all the mons I want are trade exclusive or late/post game exclusive (porygon2, skarmory, and ampharos for example)
