What’s an animal you’re hoping becomes a Pokémon in Gen 10?

With there being 9 generations and 1000+ Pokémon so far, there are still some fairly common animals not represented in the games so far. For me, I'm hoping to see a platypus; maybe for the water starter. But with the rumors of gen 10 being based on Greece I'm not sure how well a platypus would fit.
