PS5 software or ui issue I’m not sure

I haven’t been playing much recently but for the past few months my ps5 has been really weird on the actual ps5 Home Screen and stuff. Nothing really loads or works, I cant accept ps5 game invites, cant view my friends list, store wont load, cant change online status. The pictures above show what happens. I can still play games and accept in game invites but the actual PlayStation console stuff just doesn’t work. Idk how to fix it or what’s wrong, any help would be appreciated thanks
