Unsure what this is… please help me diagnose & offer some solutions!

I’ve been noticing these growths on my plants for a month or so now. It seems to have spread to the majority of them. Looking for a diagnosis and guaranteed treatment method. Thank you so much in advance, I want to help my babies out (: They’re watered 1x every two weeks, and have access to partial sunlight.
