My prayer plants’ leaves all keep getting yellow/brown edges

It seems like it could be the water? Or the cold? Or disease? I just can’t seem to narrow it down. I’ve had these plants 6+ months and this is a relatively new problem.

Plant is outside on my covered front porch - I’m in LA so it’s typically warm out, but the weather has begun to get cooler lately. It gets bright indirect light. I use Neem oil for disease control.

Any advice is much appreciated!
