Recourses for specific match ups/Prize maps

I've been playing for a good 4-5 months now and I've got the basics down, but I struggle to analyze the state of the game and know my win conditions.

the players that rank above me in locals seem to have a VAST information advantage.

eg. they look at what I've played in my discard pile and play accordingly.

they sometimes tell me after the game they knew they will win by turn 3/4 due to the availability of the remaining cards and the current board state.

how do I gain this knowledge besides painstakingly acquiring it myself for years?

Is there something like Smogon that's always sort of up to date and will break every aspect of the current meta down for me to learn how to play with every Meta deck against any other Meta deck?

I always just make plans according to the current board state and very little game long term thinking, because I don't know what I have to consider.
