First time poster on this sub. Pizza oven temp question;
I’ve been using my Weber 22” grill, with a kettle pizza oven kit. I’m using charcoal to get a solid bed of coals, and hard wood for the main fuel. I’ve got a stone on the grate, which I get up to around 650/700 F - This seems to be the right temp, or so I’m told. I keep getting burnt bottoms of my crust. Any suggestions?
