Seeing if a place still exists

It's this fishing spot my dad and I use to go to. Only way to it was through Avalon and Bellevue area. So I forget if it's up or down the river from Emsworth Lock and Dam, but it's real close to it. Basically it was a mud bar that jutted out into the river a bit, had to climb down these big ass boulders to get to it. Sits right across the river from some kind of plant. There really wasn't any indication that it was a place to pull up and park, at least 20 something years ago. Just want to see if it still exists or you can still get to it. I know the area around Emsworth is no trespassing. Use to love going to into that little gulch (across from the con air building) while two trains were passing by and always collected pig irons for slingshot ammo.

Edit: So I found it but hard to tell if underwater and also didn't know if it had a name or not. I'll tell ya how to find it. On any gps with sat view, just look up Emsworth Lock and Dam. Make sure it's on the north side of the Ohio. Now move right down the tracks slightly, till you see the dead end of Spruce St. You'll see the what I'm talking about. Use to fish there all the time, once somehow hooked a catfish right through the eyeball. That spot is also where I learned Western PA actually has rattlesnakes, found one hiding amongst the boulder wall that you had to climb down
