Best infectious disease doctor/clinic?

Can anyone recommend the best infectious disease doctor?

My wife and I are considering living in Thailand for several months a year and we would like to talk to an infectious disease doctor to reslly educate ourself on mosquito diseases here. Additionally I would like to test for dengue antibodies to see if ever been infected. Also would like to talk about the new dengue vaccine.
