Film and airport

Took a single use camera abroad to use for a bit of fun. Very stupidly didn’t consider the effects of X-rays on the film. It went into checked baggage on the way out. Used it as normal and will give it a go anyway and see what turns out. How likely is it these will be ruined though? Obviously damage is done now but out of curiosity. It’s a Kodak and what I can work out, 800 iso
