Getting a job in the field is so hard

I’ve applied for places people have claimed will hire without experience but all I ever do is get denied or ghosted. I got my license in November 2023 and I’m losing hope in ever finding a job. I’m in California so I didn’t think it would be this hard but it literally kills me :(
