how different is Philly from NYC - not just manhattan.

I moved from NYC to Texas and it was too much of a shift. I'm missing home and the NE so im thinking heading to Philly at the end of the year. I was born and raised in Queens and the more i look into this city the more it reminds me of my home.

Aside from public transit and our sports teams flipping hate each other. Seems to me both cities have rich cultural and diverse neighborhoods, great food options and plenty to do. Heck - we even seem to show fondness and love for one and other the same way (if im an asshole = ily. if im polite and plain - ihy).

whats the inside scoop? are we really all that different?
