Hi I need help!

So I’ve been seeing mice for a while now. Over the last 3/4 months the amount of poop I’ve seen is astronomical. I have been using Orkin to take care of the problem but I don’t think they literally do anything. All they do is come in and put up glue traps of where they walk. I haven’t caught a single mouse yet. The guy said they were eating out of the bait boxes but I still see poop in a lot of places and will always only see 1 mouse at a time every week or so (I know there’s multiple for sure). I’m not sure if I should just give Orkin more time or go with another company. A small local company quoted me at $360 a month for about 20 bait traps (typically will only use them for 1 month), is this normal/good price? I feel so defeated and my house feels “dirty” even though I clean the floors/kitchen everything everyday. Don’t leave food out, and bleach EVERYTHING.
