Should I sell my car?

I have a 2020 Dodge Challenger RT, 40k miles, no accidents, that I owe $12k on on a 2.29% loan. I pay 591 a month and about $130 in insurance. I can live without a car (may be living abroad for a while, can borrow other family cars if I'm back in the States) until July of 2026, when I may possibly move back to the States. There is a chance I may also continue living abroad indefinitely, which would then eliminate my need for a car completely. The monthly payment and insurance take up a decent chunk of my income at the moment, but I'll be moving abroad to a LCOL country. I can probably lower the insurance to a storage option.

The question is, should I sell my car? I've been getting offers around the $21-22k range. If I do end up moving back next summer, I will most likely have to buy another car and while a cheaper used car under $20k will do, it may come with its own problems. I also may not be able to get a loan with such a favorable interest rate, as I will be a student. What would you recommend?
