Can't cancel a subscription because I lost access to the email address it is connected to
I was paying a subscription fee for AWS through an old work email.
I've long since lost access to that email and have moved on to a new company.
My old company cannot give me access to the old email.
I tried contacted AWS, and despite giving them as much info as I could from my CC company, they said I need to file a dispute. I did that, and my CC denied the dispute after a four month long investigation.
I was encouraged to reach out to AWS again. I also reached out to AWS on reddit but was told that "it's possible there may not be a desirable outcome". Am I just going to be stucking paying $60/mo forever?!
Edit: stop telling me to cancel my CC - there’s a chance AWS sends my balance to collections if I do that. That’s a thing with any subscription.
