I fucked up help please

So I was playing Gmod and it froze my pc right. So I did what I normally do and restart it. But when I went to sign in it said it couldn’t verify credentials and to set up a new pin. When I went to set up a new pin it says “failed to get service” etc ya know. Well I went to boot into safe mode but when I get to the menu I’m only allowed to turn off my pc. I spent 1100 on this thing and I can’t afford a new one please help me I fucking hate gmod
