Ryzen 5 5600 tray purchase

I ordered the Ryzen 5 5600 tray edition and it was shipped just like this inside a box with some bubble wrap inside. The thing that worries me more is that black thing like glue that emerges from the sides especially from it's left side(second and third photos) that it seems to be even more excessive. Should I be concerned or is this somewhat normal?
