4090 life expectancy question

Hey everyone, I just picked up a MSI SUPRIM X 4090. Would there be any reason that it would stop working one day? I have it vertically mounted in my system, and I never ever move my PC, also the 4090 runs cooler than my 1080 ti did. I watch a lot of northwest repair YouTube videos, and it seems like every week he is fixing a 4090. I would like to ensure that my 4090 lasts as long as my old 1080 ti did, (7 years old and still works) as this is a very expensive investment and having it break would mean I lost $1800.
