I have been planning to buy a budget monitor and was thinking of the Acer Nitro VG240Y M3 23.8 Inch, it has 180 hz and an ips display but my pc has a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphic card and AMD Ryzen 5 3500. Is my cpu strong enough to give a 180 hz output, I'm NOT buying this monitor for gaming, this monitor will mostly be used for watching videos and content consumption, or should i buy a monitor with less hz? and should i buy a display port as well? can i get the full 180 hz while watching for example youtube?

ps: I do not have much knowledge about monitors and pc as well, guidance would be appreciated :D
