My thermal take PSU exploded. Will the rest of my parts be fried?

Quick rundown is got this low end PC, eventually got a new gpu (Sapphire Nitro R9 390) with makeshift plugs, PSU (Thermaltake TT-500NL2NL) exploded. PC has been sitting in garage for two years. Should I get a new power supply to try revive it or buy completely new parts for everything?
