Ice nova or lightning strike?

I’ve been playing 3 leagues in a row as a toxic rain pathfinder. Have never touched any other classes in the game. I cannot decide which build I want to go for this league Ice Nova Archmage or Lightning Strike Warden/slayer. Any experienced players who might know the pros and cons of these builds?
