Most beautiful residential streets?

My mom, whose favorite pastime is real estate porn, is visiting me and staying in Pasadena (I live in Highland Park). I want to take her on a driving tour of Pasadena to give her a sense of its most beautiful neighborhoods. I know Orange Grove and the streets west/southwest of there, toward the arroyo, are all gorgeous. But just thought I’d see if you all have other recs. And it doesn’t all have to be pristine craftsmans, mansions, etc. Denser, multifamily, all good as long as there’s curb appeal. Also open to suggestions in San Marino.
