Guys please give an advice

Hi guys I just wanted to post this, because Family Link is getting shit out of me. I'm 12 yrs old and i have only 1h of screen time a day, and my dad even says: 'get out your phone take a break', but i have a bad eyesight on right eye -2.5 and on left one -2.75. I know he just want keep his son not blind, but someone please give me some advice or idea to deal with that. Thank you.
