How to go about studying for…

I am in my medical terminology section and there’s just so much. Many things are familiar, but there’s double that aren’t. How do I go about memorizing these? I know repetition is key but there’s only so many flash cards I can make/look at before I, myself, code.

Ah, and next week starts anatomy & physiology. Same question there.
