At first, every one bans one hero, so you can ban the annoying heros or just your weakness hero

Then, you choose team, you cant pick same as teammat2 or enemy, so it might stop counter swapping

Then you cant swap your hero during game

Edit Well youre right, there is too less heroes, so i would say that healerd would ban one healer so thats two. Well first pick guy can take the op hero. But then Enemy can counter hero it.

Blue team chooses one, then red team chooses two. Then blue chooses 2, then red chooses one last. So red team chooses the last hero and blue team cant counter that Somethink like that
