Black Friday Thread | Best Gear for OE

Getting into OE after lurking since my J1 Q1 layoffs, landed into my 1st OE to start November - managing a remote J1 and 3 different 1099s that equate to J2 and J3.

With the holiday break, I'm looking to optimize my setup as I will likely transition to proper J2 FTE with one of the 1099s in 2025; I'd love to know everyone's setup or dream setup!
