Alternatives to Outlier?

I don't find Outlier is working very well for me. The timing never seems to work out (i.e. I finish onboarding and the tasks are all gone), or the assessments are glitchy (i.e., pretty confident I passed a few where I was marked as failed), I finish the paid (reduced rate) training tasks and the real paying tasks are magically gone, or there just aren't many opportunities.

So, are there alternatives that are worth trying? Would love to hear about others experiences on different platforms (assuming they exist)?
