Personalized sign up link

Hi everyone, I recieved an email confirming that my resume was reviewed and I passed to the next stage in the process. In the email they say I should sign up using the personalized link. But I arleady have an account, what should I do then? Delete the account and sign up with the link, or wait for updates in the existing account?
