Is this a fair price?

This is a 7’7” x 11’ Persian Lori Bakhtiyari hand knotted wool rug with a list price of $2,880. I am looking to see if this is a good price/value. I have been hunting for a rug with green and blue for many years but have a budget of less than $5,000. I would appreciate any insight!
