Fullerton vs. Irvine

Hey all. My wife and I are debating living in Fullerton or Irvine. For context -

• We are both Korean and have a two year old
• We are both big homebodies but like really nice/clean neighborhoods that are walkable and close to parks
• We also love access to diverse cuisines - though mostly Asian cuisines.
• Schools are important but okay going private if needed (though heard Irvine public is insane)
• We would like a decent SFH (3K square feet, two car garage, backyard, modern)

Generally it feels like Irvine is nicer more expensive and Fullerton is cheaper, still nice, and more Korean. Unsure if others had any other thoughts but generally leaning Irvine.
