Central Justice Center - Jury Duty

Hi there, my brother is autistic & he has jury duty coming up soon. He is going to call the jury services # to ask for anyone who has recently done jury duty at the CJC, he knows to park in the Stadium lot. For the ticket validation, can he just walk into the jury services room & validate his parking ticket at a machine right when he arrives, or does he have to wait until the end of the day to get it validated? Does it require a human to validate it, or is it like an automated machine?
