Don't know how to ship

Hello guys , I am trying the services off oopbuy , Two main questions please ,

First , how can I leave note on order / I want OOP to reweight the shoes without the box before shipping - due the fact I won't ship box

Secondly, how am I starting a parcel? Like literally I can't find any button to create a new parcel to my country , bit hard UI
