“Lack of Access”

On trac was supposed to deliver my package yesterday and when I checked, it showed this message. I called Nordstrom who the order was done through and they said to call and text this number but when I call it immediately hangs up and I get this text right then so now I’m trying to text them to track the order but there’s literally no way for me to get a response that does anything it just keeps you repeating the same message over and over again. What the hell am I supposed to!! They also delivered a package to me the day before and I got it so I know it’s not an issue with my home considering it’s not gated, not an apartment and has no construction.
