OMAD Update

I started OMAD back on November 18 after a doctors visit that opened my eyes to the fact that I had a BMI of 40 and was morbidly obese with a number of ailments, I was told to lose weight immediately. I just wanted to share my progress with you all

Although I am very excited to be losing weight, I suddenly developed a right abdominal pain this week, I’m worried about that, already got liver bloodwork done and it came back normal, but now waiting on right upper quadrant Ultrasound results, really nervous but here we are
