Corne LED Help

Hello!

I've been trying to get the Corne LEDs to work with no success for the past week. I've scoured the many Corne help posts there are and have read some conflicting information, hence the reason for this post.

I'm just looking for either a hex file or c files that turn on the LEDs by default so that I can troubleshoot my LED soldering. I've read that default files provided by foostan turn them on automatically, but I've also read the opposite. I've also tried some of the other hex maps in the github with no success.

It's also possible that my soldering sucks, but I would like to reduce my variables as much as possible when figuring this out. I'm also a pretty experienced coder but I am new to QMK.
