Oil jobs and how to start

Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me or guide me on how to get a job in the oil field I’m 19 I don’t care on the pay as long as I’m out there making money

Ps I already tried hiring events ,waste of time and money they’re looking for experience on entry-level jobs it makes no sense.
