got taken to the hospital involuntarily and now everythings worse

i texted a hotline just to get things off my chest, not to be talked out of it. the operator ended up calling the cops to do a wellness check and i was forced to go to the hospital where i was kept for a day. the visit couldnt have been more useless than my left ass cheek, the doctors all asked me the same questions and eventually we came up with a "plan" to keep me safe. its all bullcrap, i dont plan on staying very long regardless on if i make it to any of our appointments. my mom has to be with me 24hrs a day and that sucks a lot. i should've never texted them
