I found my mom on Reddit

So I (16nb) recently found my mom (41f) on Reddit and I read her post but now i'm worried about her and don't know how to bring it up without it being obvious that I read her post. But it really bothered me I want her to talk to her boyfriend. I've noticed over the years communication has not been her strong suit but I think that communication is necessary for her. I'm her oldest and don't wanna make her upset by bringing up that she should just talk to her boyfriend.
