Oculus Rift S Annoying Issue

i have a very annoying problem where when i play any vr game lets say beat saber it sometimes disconnects after making a static noise and i noticed when that happens my mouse and keyboard stops working and doesnt move its like it gets disconnected then reconnected for 3 secs, that started to happen more often when i gave my neighbour to try out the headset so i dont know whats the problem

i heard that you need to buy a usb powered hub but i dont have money atm so ill do it later, i also heard maybe some apps can interfere with the meta quest link so that why it disconnects?? idk but is there any other fix i can do other than these 2?
