Is there a thing as too much dairy?
I’m 17, 5 foot 11 and 150 lbs, and vegetarian. I get most of my protein from dairy, and am currently trying to gain muscle, and am consuming about 3 cups of milk plus one cup yogurt a day. Is too much dairy bad?
