My Employer Failed on Goods Unite Us

I'm shocked to see they're such a terrible company based on their Goods Unite Us score even though it is a pretty huge company. I've been looking for another job for a while now, what else can I do in the meantime? Without getting fired. ("... Probably" 😉 No really, no jokes plz - I'm serious, but had to throw in some love for whattheish. Lol)
