32F 5ft3 154Ibs struggling to accept my breast deformity and haven’t been intimate for 8 years because of it

this is a big step for me to post this. I don’t know why they look like they do, but I never seen them represented anywhere. Everyone has 1 breast bigger than the other, but mine are so extreme and different in every way.

I’ve not been intimate with anyone for over 8 years now due to body image issues - not just breasts, but my entire body.

I’m in therapy for it but it’s hard to like these when I don’t see similar ones anywhere and they are so deformed. I’ve started exploring surgery, but wish I could be comfortable with myself.
