Oradell NJ Housing

Thinking to buy a home in Oradell. There is a crazy price hike in Ridgewood on the west side of north Bergen and then on the right side we have Tenafly. Is it worth to invest a home in Oradell? It’s less taxes than these two towns and the school zones still good. Commute to city is also good. But seems like the housing is not as crazy as these two towns.

Is there a potential to do better in terms of housing growth?
