Thoughts on the name Stellan?

My husband and I both have primarily Scandinavian ancestry (Norwegian and swedish). I don't like a lot of traditional Norwegian names, however. Stellan to me sounds masculine but in a soft kind of way if that makes sense! And I feel like it is very uncommon and unique in the states, but not so much so in a way that other unique names are often odd and out there. Rare,but still sounds like an actual name, and a respectable one.
